Terry Soule, D.D.S., P.A. is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Orange, FL

Warm, close-knit dental office looking for a friendly, self-motivated team player with experience in a dental front office position. We are a non-corporate practice with a solo owner dentist who treats his employees and patients like family, and where all practice growth is rewarded with substantial bonuses (Pt and Employee Referral bonuses, Daily Goal bonuses, Full Hygiene bonuses, New Patient bonuses, Monthly Goal bonuses, Quarterly goal bonuses).

Candidate MUST have excellent customer service skills, and should have experience working the front desk at a dental office. Ideal candidate would be experienced with insurance billing and verification, accounts receivables, scheduling and coordinating doctor and hygiene patients and maintaining full and efficient schedules. Other job duties include: receiving and distributing office mail, answering phones and distributing calls or messages, coordinating the confirmation of patients’ arrival, maintaining patient accounts/records, and collecting co-payments at the time of service.

Our office is open Mondays and Wednesdays 8-5 and Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-6, with an hour for lunch each day.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
